Based in Frankfurt, Germany, BRAND DESIGNER Oğuzhan Öçalan recently gave sportswear giant Adidas a branding makeover.
After analyzing Adidas’ branding design, he concluded that the brand’s use of different logos for each of its sub-brands can be confusing for consumers and thus weaken the branding strategy.
For a more cohesive and effective branding, the designer offers a “solution” with a redesigned “three stripes” logo that could be used on all of Adidas’ products and MARKETING platforms.
In addition to showing how he has come up with the logo and logotype, he has also applied this new concept logo onto Adidas stores and products, to show how it would look if it was ever used.
