WHAT WE'RE GONNA TALK

Just like in a cafe, we talk about everything. Nothing heavy. Just talk over a cup of coffee.

DO NOT LISTEN TO NIKE'S "JUST DO IT"

First of all, change how you think. Never change who you are, never change how you learn, change how you think. Things are changing!

Prepare to write your list of everything you want to do today. Never do anything. Just prepare to do what you want to do. The Boy Scouts motto is "Be Prepared!"

For example:
If you want to cut the grass, do not cut the grass. Just prepare to cut the grass. Put your old clothes on and go out and put gasoline in the lawn mower and start up the lawn mower and just stand behind the lawn mower. That's it! Now you are prepared to cut the grass, just in case you feel like cutting the grass.

Okay, you want to sweep and mop the floors. Don't do it! Do not listen to NIKE and just do it! Prepare to do it. Get the bucket, fill it with hot water, add the detergent, go and get the mop and broom. Now you are prepared. When you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.

So you want to go walking in the shopping mall to stay in shape. Do not do it! Put your casual clothes on and your walking shoes. Now get in your car and go to the mall and just stand there and watch all the other people walking around the mall staying in shape. If you feel like walking, then go for it!

This is America; you can prepare to do anything you want to do. Just remember not to do it! Do not listen to NIKE. It is much easier to feel like doing, after you are prepared to do so.

Does this make sense? Good!!

All I know that it works for me.
